My client a growing food and music events company have an exciting new vacancy for a Management Accountant to join their friendly team.

This role will offer a huge amount of progression and development. You will be a key member of the Finance team and support the growth and development of the business.  The role provides an exciting opportunity to be instrumental to the strategic direction of the company, working across and interacting with the entire organisation.

Salary Circa £40,000 - £42,000 + excellent benefits including hybrid working!

  • Prepare monthly management accounts
  • Manage the sales and purchase ledger and prepare weekly payment runs using Sage Line 50
  • Raise Purchase Orders, reconciling and ensuring costs are allocated to each events P&L
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
  • Support the year-end  audit process.

You will be:

  • Organised and able to manage deadlines
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Sage Line 50
