- Play a key role in the monthly management accounts process by analysing spending, comparing it to the budget and prior year figures, and recommending adjustments as needed.
- Being the lead person for revenue analysis and system knowledge, using Apaleo to best of abilities and being able to support FD/CFO with revenue related queries where required.
- Supporting work on franchisee, posting in month revenue accrual and then issuing invoices as per contract to relevant franchisees.
- Partner with counterparts outside of finance to enhance their understanding of financial reports and to deepen the finance team’s insight into their departments.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting entries in the group’s General Ledger within the required timelines.
- Assist with external audits and year-end closing for the group entities.
- AAT qualified/ACCA or CIMA Part Qual or Foundations completed.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a management accounts role.
- Previous revenue experience.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience supporting multi-property organisations.
