Talentedge are currently exclusively partnering with a scaling saoftware business on the hiring of a Management Accountant. The company is at an important stage of its development and is part of a highly acquisitive group.
This opportunity is perfect for someone who wants to take the next step within their finance career, and join a company in a broad finance position which will have a focus on both reporting and commercial focused/business partnering responsibilities. The company are looking for an ambitious individual who would be looking to progress to Finance Manager in a short period of time.
Responsibilities:
- Business partnering with departments including marketing, sales and operations
- Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
- Maintaining and improving internal procedures
- Managing audit process
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Supporting with commercial decision making
- Dealing with senior stakeholders
Requirements:
- Fully Qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ ACA)
- Experience working within industry
- Numeric literacy
- Ability to confidently communicate with senior stakeholders and different departments
- Strong Excel knowledge
