- Prepare and report monthly management accounts and key KPIs
- Oversee general ledger maintenance and balance sheet reconciliations
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for month-end reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory filing requirements
- Assist the Finance Director with all aspects of financial reporting
- Manage the facilitation of the annual external audit
- Coordinate and compile information to support tax filings and annual R&D claims
- Play a key role in driving process and system enhancements
- Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and adjustments
- Track budget performance against actuals and deliver variance analysis
- Open to qualified, part-qualified accountants, and individuals qualified by experience
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a strategic perspective
