Management Accountant- Finalist, £45,000-£55,000+Benefits, Central London (Hybrid) 

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious ACCA finalist to join our clients finance team. This role offers excellent opportunities for career development, exposure to varied accounting tasks, and support towards completing your ACCA qualification.

Key Responsibilities for Management Accountant: 

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and financial reports.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Month-End Processes: Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end close, including journals, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, payments, and collections.
• Audit Support: Liaise with auditors and provide required documentation for internal and external audits.
• System and Process Improvements: Identify and implement efficiencies in financial processes and systems.
• Multi-Currency Accounting: Manage and reconcile transactions in multiple currencies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate financial insights and reporting.

What We're Looking For

• ACCA finalist or near completion of the qualification.
• Solid experience in financial reporting, management accounting and partnering exposure. 
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, SAGE, XERO, or similar systems.
• Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
• Experience in multi-currency accounting and month-end processes.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.
• A proven track record of process improvement and delivering results under deadlines.
