Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Complete month-end close for relevant trading companies
  • Process intercompany recharges
  • Maintain fixed asset registers
  • Maintain balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assist with forecasts and budget process
  • Prepare year-end audit pack for your companies
  • Act as key subsidiary contact with auditors during both half year and full year reviews
  • Assist in preparation of subsidiary financial statements
  • Support on any sales tax returns

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Part-Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA
  • Previous management accounts experience within in a similar role (preferably real estate, software or managed services industries)
  • Previous experience with IFRS in ROUA highly desirable
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously with support from senior team members
  • Previous use of Netsuite highly desirable
