Management Accountant Opportunity with a Leading London OOH Agency

Are you an ambitious and detail-oriented Management Accountant looking to elevate your career? Our client, a top-tier Out-of-Home (OOH) agency based in Central London, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their growing team. This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office and 2 days remote), offering the perfect balance of flexibility and collaboration.

About the Role

As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Directors by delivering accurate and timely management accounts and providing key financial insights. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of a thriving business while developing your professional expertise.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Manage fixed assets and intercompany transactions.
  • Provide variance analysis and insightful commentary on monthly accounts to Group.
  • Issue client invoices and collaborate with leadership on budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Analyse financial data and trends to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Assist with audit preparation, respond to queries, and liaise with auditors.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in management accounting processes.
  • Oversee credit card expense reconciliation, stock take reporting, and balance sheet reviews.
  • Handle HMRC reporting, including VAT submissions via MTD and p11Ds.
  • Manage payroll and employee benefit schemes (e.g., Vitality, cycle-to-work, childcare, car leasing).
  • Partner with Directors and stakeholders to deliver business insights.
  • Support office operations occasionally, such as coordinating courier services and handling client calls.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in management accounting, with a proven track record of success.
  • Qualifications: Fully qualified accountant or finalist (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
  • Skills:

o Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (preferred but not essential).

o Tech-savvy and diligent, with a proactive mindset.
