A Management Accountant is needed on a temp to perm basis for a hospitality company based in West London.
The role will be hybrid after the initial month, moving to 3 days per week in the office.
Hospitality industry and SUN systems experience ideal.
The Management Accountant will be responsible for:
- Preparing reports, budgets, commentaries and financial statements
- Continuous monitoring and involvement of ongoing P&L forecasting and scenario analysis to supports key decisions
- Preparation of the monthly consolidated management accounts
- Overlooking the progress of bookkeeping to ensure all activities are completed
- Undertaking financial administration and internal audits
- Analysing financial performance and making long term forecasts
- Recommending ways of cutting costs
- Advising managers about the financial implications of business decisions to aid growth and profit
- Developing and managing financial systems/policies
- Controlling and forecasting income and expenditure
- Supporting Finance Manager with day to day financial tasks
- Ensuring the Company is compliant with financial governance requirements
The ideal Management Accountant will:
- Have previous experience in the hospitality industry
- Have previously used SUN software (essential)
- Have previous experience in a Management Accounts role (essential)
- Be immediately available (essential)
