Management Accountant - Real Estate Investment Firm - Central London

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000

Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career within a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Found-U is working with an established and rapidly growing real estate investment firm based in Central London to find a talented Management Accountant to join their expanding team.

About the Role:

As a Management Accountant, you'll be at the heart of financial operations, providing key insights and ensuring robust financial control. Working in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, you'll have the opportunity to partner with teams across the business, manage critical financial processes, and drive efficiencies. This role will be based 4 days a week in the office with study support on offer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly management accounts.
  • Manage balance sheet reconciliations, corporate recharges, accruals, and prepayments.
  • Oversee monthly payment runs and corporate credit card/staff expenses.
  • Track and forecast property budgets, rental income, operating costs, and capital expenditure.
  • Conduct cash flow analysis, including forecasting debt/equity requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC and Companies House (VAT, Corporation Tax, CIS).
  • Liaise with lenders, lawyers, and administrators on reporting requirements.
  • Partner with commercial teams and act as the main point of contact for finance matters.
  • Support ad hoc projects to improve processes and efficiencies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA). Early-stage candidates with strong practical experience will also be considered.
  • Real estate experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with a can-do attitude.
  • Strong business partnering skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
