Luxury, London based, Property business is looking to hire a Management Accountant.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts with associated commentary
- Preparing cashflow forecast
- Preparing insightful financial reports to add decision making
- Reviewing quarterly VAT returns
- Liaising with auditors and providing information as required
- Supporting wider finance team with improved financial processes and controls
- Ad hoc tasks as required
The candidate:
- Qualified accountant
- Practice or industry trained
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Commercially aware
- Ability to challenge when needed
- Ability to manage various stakeholders and influence at all levels
- Advanced IT skills
