Management Accountant - London

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our Finance Team. Based in London, you'll manage central overhead accounts for the global business and gain valuable international experience.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage the general ledger for the Parent company
  • Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis)
  • Handle monthly balance sheet reconciliations (excluding trading balances)
  • Produce weekly cashflows and assist with quarter-end reporting
  • Process global cost recharges, invoicing, and reconciliation
  • Support month-end consolidation and intercompany declarations
  • Assist with statutory compliance, audits, and tax reporting
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Collaborate with business partners on expense management

What You Need for the Role:

  • Part or Fully Qualified (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
  • Strong experience in financial/management accounting
  • International market experience (desirable, not essential)
  • Proficiency in accounting systems (Netsuite, Xero, Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus)
  • Advanced Excel skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Commercially aware with strong communication skills
