Halliday Marx have partnered exclusively with a luxury hospitality company to hire an Interim Qualified Management Accountant for 6 months.

Hybrid (Central London and 1-2 days a week at home)

The role is to start asap (early January latest)

The Job:

Prepare month end financials (includes ownership of all P&L lines and balance sheet accounts)

Manage 2 non qualified staff

Monthly analysis (incorporating trends and non-financial information)

Work with ops team

Assist in prep of monthly and quarterly board reports

Support with the setup of operational reports and processes

Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency of our financial processes

Produce forecasts and budgets

Support implementation and improvement of system projects

Ad-hoc analysis

Ensure all finance and cash controls are robust and adhered to

Balance sheet reconciliations

Quarterly VAT returns

You will have / be:

A qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA / CA / CPA or equivalent)

From a F&B and Hospitality, or Hotel background

Strong Excel skills and good systems skills in general
