  • A Property Company is seeking a Management Accountant to support its growth phase.
  • The ideal candidate should be Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA with a salary of up to £50,000 plus study support, depending on experience.
  • This on-site role requires five days a week in the City of London office and involves various accounting tasks including P&L preparation and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Candidates should possess advanced Excel skills and ideally have experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, along with a proactive mindset.

Partnering with a Property Company to bring on a Management Accountant to support an exciting phase of growth. This is a great opportunity for Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA.

  • Salary - Up to £50,000 + study support DOE
  • Location - City of London
  • On site role - 5 days in the office

What can you expect

  • Support the implementation of new systems, controls, and processes.
  • Oversee billing collections, debtors, and the AR function.
  • Preparation of P & L with good level of self-review and analysis.
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, deferrals, and intercompany transactions.
  • Assist with external audits and quarterly VAT reporting.
  • Deliver monthly management reporting packs, including KPI analysis and graphical summaries.
  • Perform cashflow analysis and support budgeting and forecasting processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Advanced Excel skills (essential).
  • Microsoft Dynamics Business Central experience (desirable).
  • Experience in stock and WIP management.
  • Comfort working to tight month-end deadlines.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management.
