Robetson Bell are partnering with a fascinating organisation in central London whilst they recruit an experienced Management Accountant to play a key role within the finance team. This position is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and support for strategic financial decisions.
As Management Accountant, you will:
- Prepare and distribute timely management accounts with variance analysis, collaborating with budget holders to ensure informed decision-making.
- Maintain accurate reconciliations of accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to financial procedures and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to support financial planning and risk management.
- Assist teams with annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring clear financial understanding.
- Provide training and guidance on financial controls and internal procedures.
- Prepare audit files and support the finance team in ensuring a smooth and efficient audit process.

The successful candidate will:
- Be part-qualified or fully qualified CIMA/ACCA with experience in preparing management accounts.
- Have 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a commercial or multi-entity environment.
- Possess excellent analytical and numerical skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrate leadership and collaboration skills, working effectively with finance and non-finance colleagues.
- Be proactive, self-motivated, and confident in identifying financial anomalies and process improvements.
- Have experience in training and supporting non-financial staff in financial systems and procedures.
