We are recruiting for a dynamic and growing construction company based in London. Due to an internal restructure, they require an Interim Management Accountant to cover a handover whilst a permanent employee is recruited and onboarded.
The role works on a hybrid basis - with 3 days per week required on-site.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the handover process, ensuring continuity and accuracy of financial information

Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary

Support budgeting and forecasting activities

Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with regulatory requirements

Assist with year-end preparations and audits as required

Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to senior management
Requirements:

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

Proven experience in a management accounting role, preferably within the construction industry

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
