About the Role:An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Management Accountant to join a private equity-backed real estate business in rapid growth. In this role, you'll manage the company's financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis across real estate projects, directly supporting key decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis on real estate investments and development projects.
- Oversee cash flow, cost management, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain strong internal controls.
About You:
- Yardi Experience preferred
- Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Prior experience in real estate (development, investment, or management).
- Strong skills in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial software.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data for non-financial stakeholders.

Salary for this role is £60,000-£65,000k plus benefits
