Our client based in Hammersmith, West London is a group of businesses which has grown via a mix of acquisition and organically over the last 2 years and having recently restructured the UK finance team are looking to recruit a commercially minded Management Accountant to work closely with the Finance Director.
The business has some exciting projects pending and would offer the right candidate the opportunity to contribute and add value.

The ideal candidate will be either CIMA or ACCA qualified or would consider latter stage finalist.
The main duties are:
- Produced management accounts, forecasts, budgets, and month-end submissions for 8 group entities
- Supplied accurate monthly management accounts and reporting pack with KPIs and detailed variance analysis in line with the group reporting timetable.
- Reviewed consolidation entries for management accounts & provided support throughout the group consolidation process.
- Accurate and timely production of information for external and internal audits.
- Pro actively highlighted potential budgetary overspends.
- Provided financial and systems transition support through acquisitions.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Provide financial insights to support decision-making by senior leaders.
- Develop and present financial dashboards and KPIs to track performance. Budgeting and Forecasting
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic reforecasts.
- Support budget holders in managing their budgets and understanding financial performance.
- Identify risks and opportunities within the budget and recommend actions. Cost Control and Efficiency
