An exciting opportunity has arisen for a tax specialist with rounded experience of personal and corporate tax experience to join this flourishing, burgeoning North London practice.You will handle your own portfolio of clients which includes a mix of high net worth individuals and some non-domicile and non-UK resident clients .To complement these personal tax clients , you will also be responsible for a broad range of corporate tax clients, which include a range of owner managed business across a range of industry sectors. * To act as a day-to-day point of contact for the client, and to practice the principles of excellent client service at all times* To be responsible for undertaking the compliance for both personal and corporate clients (preparing Corporation Tax Returns, Personal Tax Returns, Trust and Estate Returns and forms P11D)* To provide adequate briefing, supervision and training for junior staff.* To develop and maintain an advanced level of technical knowledge through appropriate reading and courses* To provide assistance on Tax planning projects including capital gains tax, residence and domicile issues, trusts etc.* Work with partners on one-off technical assignments for new and existing clients.* To be the first interface for tax/VAT enquiriesIdeally, you will possess ATT /CTA or ACCA qualified, although candidates qualified by experience will also be considered. In addition , you should demonstrate a strong technical knowledge as well as good communication skills to liaise directly with clients and the HMRC.In return, the firm can offer excellent prospects for quick progression to manager as well as a competitive salary and benefits package, a supportive working environment and hybrid working.
