M&A Transactions Tax - Big4 Firm London + Hybrid/Flexible working£55,000 + Excellent Benefits PackageWe are currently working with a leading professional services firm in London that are looking to bring in talented newly qualified M&A Tax professionals to their growing team.This role will be perfect for someone who has exposure to deals as part of their current role and wants to specialise on M&A work, or perhaps someone already focusing on M&A tax who wants to step up in terms of level and breadth of client work.Your new role:You'll be working on a range of different client types including national & international, private businesses, private equity houses, infrastructure funds and emerging capital markets.

  • Working as part of a national team, you'll get exposure to both a mix of UK and national clients.
  • You'll be involved in the full life cycle of a deal, handling due diligence, tax structuring, post-acquisition implementations and reorganisations.
  • Client work is spread across multiple sectors
  • Business development activities across the team, working closely with other departments in the business.
  • Coaching and development of more junior staff members across the team.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent
  • M&A tax experience in the UK
  • Hardworking, ambitious and willing to learn and grow
