Robertson Bell is partnering with this fantastic charity to recruit an Interim Accounts Payable Officer on a part-time basis. With the head office located in the heart of Central London, you'll enjoy the perfect blend of flexibility, with just one office day per week required! This is a short-term contract with a high possibility of extension.

As an Interim Accounts Payable Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and processing complex invoices, reconciling company credit cards and bank accounts, and serving as the key point of contact for suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Supporting audit processes by assisting with financial reporting and collaborating with auditors to ensure compliance.
  • Reviewing and resolving discrepancies in financial documentation, and helping to implement improvements for smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a busy Accounts Payable role, ideally with Access Dimensions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to work seamlessly across teams.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to independently manage tasks and drive results.
  • Experience supporting audit processes or working closely with auditors is a plus.
