Due to a period of impressive growth and expansion, my educational sector client based in Northwest London is looking to recruit a dynamic and well-educated Part Time Finance Officer for an on-going temporary assignment. This role be working approximately 24 hours a week and my client is flexible days and hours. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager and working to specific deadlines you will play a hugely important role in the continued success of this company.This role will involve purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control, prepayments and accruals, payroll and balance sheet reconciliations. You will also gain that exposure within management accounts. A confident approach is essential with the ability to work on your own but also a willingness to offer solutions and improvements to the current systems.The ideal candidate will bring an education sector background and it is imperative that you have strong Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables. You must be reliable, highly numerate and methodical in prioritising your workload with a high degree of discretion as you will be working with confidential information.
