My client is a well regarded, long established law firm operating in the Intellectual Property space with several offices in the UK & Europe, their main site is in London. They offer a good work-life balance, flexible working, generous benefits and a commitment to championing environmental issues, there is also fantastic culture of transparency and openness. They are on the hunt for a skilled Part Time Management Accountant working 3 days a week who will have a superb opportunity to be part of the continued success of the organisation.  Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Services:
    • Provide financial support for various projects
    • Participate in system upgrade testing
    • Assist in developing custom reporting and processing systems
  • Financial and Management Reporting:
    • Support the preparation of management and budgetary information
    • Contribute to the annual accounts process
    • Analyze general ledger accounts for taxation purposes
    • Perform general reconciliations and ad-hoc reporting
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Liaise with the Technology team on reporting and systems projects
    • Provide training on accounting and systems matters
Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Strong experience in systems work, particularly system upgrades and development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with knowledge of databases, reporting tools, SQL, and VBA a plus
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
