Description

  • Manage the financial records and accounting functions of the Partnership accounts, including both financial and members' accounts

  • Accurately calculate and distribute profits to partners in line with profit share agreements

  • Maintain Partners' current and distribution accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations

  • Keep detailed records of each partner's capital account and associated transactions

  • Work closely with the group equity accounting team to maintain equity accounting schedules for Partners

  • Ensure high levels of accuracy through strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Collaborate effectively with other departments and teams across the group

  • Maintain close communication with Partners and key business stakeholders

Profile

A successful 'Partnerships Accountant' should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Proficiency in accounting software
