Payroll Analyst - Leading telecommunications company in central London
My client is seeking a new Payroller to join the Payroll Manager in supporting with a workforce of 1500 employees employed on both temporary and permanent bases.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2 or more years' experience in payroll to progress their career and enhance their skills within a positive working environment.
What will be required of you:
- Handling large datasets and collating information onto spreadsheets
- Providing the Business Partners with reports on a weekly basis
- Gathering, validating and checking pension submissions
- Acting in accordance with HMRC regulations
- Processing weekly reconciliations and ticket queries
- Dealing with employee queries such as questions regarding tax, SSP, maternity leave, holiday
- Processing temporary contract workers onto the payroll system and ensuring all employees both interim and permanent are paid on time and correctly
What the ideal candidate looks like:
- Must have reporting experience
- Must have strong Excel skills
- Must be experienced in vendor management
- Must be a self-starter and motivated individual
- Private sector experience is desired
- Must be able to travel to London twice a week
