Payroll Analyst - Leading telecommunications company in central London

My client is seeking a new Payroller to join the Payroll Manager in supporting with a workforce of 1500 employees employed on both temporary and permanent bases.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2 or more years' experience in payroll to progress their career and enhance their skills within a positive working environment.

What will be required of you:

  • Handling large datasets and collating information onto spreadsheets
  • Providing the Business Partners with reports on a weekly basis
  • Gathering, validating and checking pension submissions
  • Acting in accordance with HMRC regulations
  • Processing weekly reconciliations and ticket queries
  • Dealing with employee queries such as questions regarding tax, SSP, maternity leave, holiday
  • Processing temporary contract workers onto the payroll system and ensuring all employees both interim and permanent are paid on time and correctly

What the ideal candidate looks like:

  • Must have reporting experience
  • Must have strong Excel skills
  • Must be experienced in vendor management
  • Must be a self-starter and motivated individual
  • Private sector experience is desired
  • Must be able to travel to London twice a week
