A leading professional services firm is expanding its Funds Tax team and is seeking a PE Funds Tax Senior Manager to work with a high-profile client base of multinational fund managers.

The Role

As a Senior Manager, you will:

  • Lead a mix of compliance and advisory work for private equity and fund managers.
  • Advise on fund structuring, reporting, and tax strategies across various asset classes.
  • Client relationsip management within Asset Management.
  • Being involved in business development and proposal activity.
  • Manage and mentor a team, ensuring high-quality tax advisory services.
  • Work closely with senior leadership on strategic client engagements.
What We're Looking For
  • Financial markets and product knowledge.
  • Strong technical expertise ideally in international tax advisory (experienced Managers will also be considered).
  • Experience with funds tax - understanding fund structures and their tax implications is key.
  • People management and leadership experience.
  • Industry (FS) or professional services background
