Ready to take your tax career to the next level? Join our vibrant and fast-paced Tax Team as a Tax Adviser! This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious, qualified tax professional to make an impact from day one.

As a Tax Adviser, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients, provide expert advisory and compliance services, and collaborate closely with our Financial Advisers. Your role will include:

  • Delivering top-notch client service by building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Creating personalised tax strategies and planning financial futures.

  • Supporting our Financial Adviser Team with tax planning for mutual clients.

  • Preparing and submitting individual returns by tax deadlines.

  • Advising on tax-efficient remuneration strategies, share schemes, and exit strategies.

  • Handling estate planning, tax residence, domicile matters, and HMRC enquiries.

  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members, leading training sessions, and providing feedback.

Key qualifications:

  • Private client tax experience in professional services or industry.

  • CTA qualification desireable but not essentional

  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.

  • Experience managing your own portfolio of clients.

  • Ability to plan workload, delegate effectively, and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Team player who can support junior colleagues and collaborate with Financial Advisers and Tax Advisers.
