Description

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of personal tax clients
  • Prepare and review tax returns and computations
  • Assist in tax planning activities
  • Provide advice on tax law and its implications for clients
  • Handle enquiries from HMRC
  • Liaise with clients on tax compliance issues
  • Maintain updated knowledge of changes in tax legislation
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal processes within the tax department

Profile

A successful Personal Tax Senior should have:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Accounting or Finance
  • Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CTA)
  • Excellent knowledge of UK tax legislation and HMRC procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in tax software
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
