We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Assistant Post Production Accountant to join our dynamic and growing team. This role involves managing purchase orders, accounts payable, payrolls, VAT filings, and more for multiple projects. This position is ideal for someone with experience in bookkeeping and accounts management who is eager to dive into the media/entertainment industry.Key responsibilities:
  • Enter purchase orders and manage accounts payable 
  • Process purchase orders
  • Record journal entries and track transactions
  • Run payrolls 
  • Assist with VAT return filings 
  • Conduct payment runs for bank accounts
  • Manage project tasks using Microsoft Teams, providing timely updates and status reports
Key skills: 
  • Solid bookkeeping skills, with knowledge of double-entry accounting and confidence in Excel
  • Ability to meet regular deadlines and troubleshoot effectively
  • Experience assisting with external audits is helpful
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work well as part of a team, within a busy work environment whilst adhering to deadlines
