Private Capital Tax Senior – Financial Services – London – Big 4
Are you a Corporate, Mixed or Personal Tax candidate looking for a role in a leading Private Capital team with a Big 4 firm

The team provides a full suite of tax advisory and compliance services to non-listed (i.e., not publicly traded) Financial Services businesses, dealing with the UK and international tax affairs of the business itself, owners, employees and other stakeholders
Private Capital Tax Senior responsibilities include:
- Advising on a wide range of tax matters including UK corporation tax, international tax, income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax and other tax matters relevant to UK and international individuals, businesses and partnerships (note you do not have to have expertise in all areas to apply).
- Building and maintaining good strong relationships with clients
- Regular liaising and meeting current and prospective clients
As a Private Capital Tax Senior, you will be/have:
- ATT/CTA or ACA/CTA part qualified or qualified
- Over 3 years combined Personal & Corporate Tax experience
- Exposure to working of Portfolio of Tax Compliance
- A strong understanding of both Corporate and Personal Tax
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of, or passion for, the financial services sector
