A well established practice are seeking a Private Client Tax Director to join their team in London, renowned for providing comprehensive financial and advisory services across various sectors, including media and entertainment, property, retail and wholesale, health and care, lifestyle and hospitality, and private clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Director to lead the Private Client team, whilst having a clear route to partnership within 12-18 months.

As a Director you will:

  • Provide strategic and technical tax advise in all Personal Tax matters.
  • Oversee the tax compliance process, including the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring all filings are accurate and timely.
  • Lead and support with the technical and professional development of junior members of staff.
  • Point of contact for tax queries from other departments within the firm.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients and intermediaries to expand the firm's client base.
  • Promoting and representing the firm at external meetings where required.
  • Collaborate with others to drive the business development opportunities.

Your experience:

  • ACA or CTA qualified.
  • Relevant tax experience gained through a professional services environment.
  • Experience of managing colleagues and supporting their development.
  • Experience of building strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Strong technical skills and experience.
  • Up to date knowledge of Personal Tax issues.
  • A good team player.
  • A decisive thinker with the ability to analyse information quickly.
