Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Private Client Tax team, providing technical expertise and mentorship.
- Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and family offices.
- Deliver innovative tax planning solutions and advise on complex tax matters.
- Collaborate with Partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with UK tax legislation and professional standards.
- CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Extensive experience in Private Client Tax advisory services.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Must have a minimum of 8 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
