• Lead and inspire a small, high-performing tax team
• Deliver expert advice across a broad client base, including international individuals and UK-resident HNWIs
• Work closely with Partners to support the firm's continued growth
• Play a key role in shaping the future direction of the Private Client function
• Identify and lead new business opportunities, with support from the firm's established marketing engine

• CTA qualified (or HMRC background with 10+ years of practice experience)
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing others
• A commercial mindset and a collaborative, people-first approach
• Experience working with international clients is a plus
