I am partnering with a leading UK real estate developer, who are looking to bring on a Project Accountant. This role is fantastic for a commercially minded accountant, looking to elevate their career.
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 DOELocation: City of London Hybrid: 4 days in 1 from home
What can you expect?
- Oversee project costs and budgets
- Manage project cash flow alongside development teams
- Prepare management accounts
- Support board reporting and handle ad hoc reporting needs
- Process VAT and CIS returns
- Handle monthly payment processing
- Assist with the annual audit
What skills/attributes will you need?
- ACCA/CIMA part-qualified/finalist
- X2 years experience within a commercial role
- Experience in Excel modeling or a willingness to learn within this area
- Experience using Xero accounting software.
- Background in property
- Hands-on, adaptable, and ready to dive into various tasks.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
