Your new companyI am currently working with a leading law firm that is looking for a Project Accountant to come in and work on a specific project within the business for an initial 6 months.
Your new roleThe key responsibilities are
- Responsible for all financial reporting, producing and analysing reports and data focusing on cost allocation, WIP, month end
- Liaising with external stakeholders on a regular basis to discuss budgets, variances and costs about the project
- Budgeting and forecasting financial projections on the project
- Attending project meetings and informing wider business teams including the legal team on all cost and data analysis
- Creating KPI dashboards, creating presentations and maintaining data and any other variances in the project
What you'll need to succeed
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualifications or project management qualifications
- Cost budgeting experience
- Budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting expertise
- Project Management experience would be ideal.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
