- Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Conduct regular reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial data.
- Month-End Close: Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
- Cashflow Reporting: Prepare detailed cash flow reports to monitor and manage liquidity effectively.
- Financial Reporting: Generate comprehensive financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Management Accounts: Prepare management accounts, providing insights and variance analysis for budget management.
- Year-End Accounts: Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and coordinate with external auditors.
- Implementing New Systems: Collaborate with teams to implement and enhance financial systems and processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Part-qualified in CIMA or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in a finance role, preferably within the construction or design sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
