This role is perfect for individuals with a strong background in R&D Tax or corporate tax with a keen interest or exposure to R&D tax reliefs. As part of the innovative and dynamic environment, you will work with leading clients, helping them navigate the complexities of tax relief for R&D activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise a diverse portfolio of clients on R&D tax incentives, from start-ups to multinational corporations.
  • Lead the preparation and submission of R&D tax claims, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify qualifying R&D activities and maximise tax reliefs.
  • Support the wider Corporate Tax team with R&D-related advice, leveraging your broader tax knowledge.
  • Manage client relationships, providing expert guidance on R&D tax strategy and planning.

Ideal Candidate:

  • ATT/ACA/CTA qualified, with a strong background in R&D tax or corporate tax with a focus on this area.
  • Strong technical tax knowledge with the ability to communicate complex concepts to clients in a clear, concise manner.
  • Excellent project management skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Eagerness to develop and grow within an innovative team at the forefront of tax advisory services.
