Danny Sullivan Group are searching for their next Recruitment Team Leader to work with a small team of recruitment consultants for the Blue Collar team here at DSG with experience and/or knowledge working in Construction.
Responsibilities:
- Use job boards, social media, industry-specific platforms, and referrals, to source and attract potential blue-collar construction candidates.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and availability.
- Verify candidates' qualifications, certifications, and employment history.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to fully understand their staffing requirements.
- Coordinate pre-employment inductions, drug & alcohol tests, and other screening procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruitment consultants and resources, driving them to meet individual and team goals.
- Hold regular team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and performance reviews to foster continuous development and improvement.
- Ensure all active vacancies are updated in the ATS and provide daily updates on live job openings.
- Report on the fill rate success to the Recruitment Manager.
- Experience in team leading/managing team members including setting and working towards objectives.
- Experience and/or knowledge of the Construction industry.
- Working collaboratively to support colleagues and team members.
- A positive attitude towards working as a team and performance reviews.
Salaries are negotiable and additional benefits will depend on the work status of candidates.
