They are currently seeking a qualified and meticulous Regulatory Accountant to join their diligent Finance team on a permanent basis. Role & ResponsibilitiesThe Regulatory Accountant will be intricately involved in preparing accurate and timely financial statements compliant with Solvency II directives. This role is critical in supporting the company's strategic decisions by providing reliable financial data, essentially contributing to the financial integrity and performance of the company.

  • Prepare and validate regulatory reporting packs and ensure compliance with Solvency II regulations.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to implement robust financial reporting processes.
  • Analyze financial data and reports to identify risks, opportunities and trends.
  • Support audits and liaise with external regulators and auditors as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry changes.
Key SkillsCandidates should possess an astute ability to manage multiple regulatory requirements and should demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
  • Solid understanding of Solvency II reporting and compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Proven experience in financial reporting and accounting within the Insurance industry.
