We are working exclusively with a community-driven housing provider to find a Finance Officer for a 1-year fixed-term contract. This role is essential to support their finance team during a period of transition. Key Responsibilities:- Accounts Payable (50%) – Manage 40-60 AP invoices per week
- Rents Receivable (50%) – Oversee and process variable rent transactions
- Minimal sales ledger duties
- Handle voids, lettings, and account setups
- Maintain the cash book and perform monthly journals

Candidate Requirements:- Social housing experience is highly desirable
