My client an established commercial creative space based in Central London are seeking Revenue Accountant to oversee and manage the end-to-end process for the revenue generated. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a small Finance team.

  • Job Type: Full-time, Office Based - Monday - Friday based in the office.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Conduct monthly sales reconciliation and reporting.
  • Manage monthly Sales/GRNI reporting for invoicing by the main supplier.
  • Oversee monthly sales commission reporting.
  • Handle sales invoicing – raising, posting (CRM and ERP), and working closely with both Sales and Shipping teams.
  • Manage stock – issuing stock codes and releasing
  • Provide artist’s reporting including UK artists account reconciliations.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Implement business process improvements.
  • Offer reciprocal cover for the Management Accountant, which may include assistance with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
  • Carry out ad hoc duties as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Excel – including VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs.
  • Knowledge/understanding of tax rules in the UK,
  • Understanding of and empathy for a high-value sales environment and a high-net-worth client base.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to financial management.
