My client are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Revenue Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Project Revenue Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Revenue Accountant and client-facing teams in revenue recognition, project invoicing, and maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a global advisory firm and work with diverse clients and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and ensure compliance with internal revenue recognition policies
  • Partner with client-facing teams to handle finance-related project matters, including client setup, project setup, budgeting, and invoicing
  • Assist the Senior Revenue Accountant in analyzing financial information to identify project risks and key elements
  • Conduct regular follow-up meetings with Client Managers to review project status and update system information
  • Generate reports to review and track Retainer and Fixed Price Revenue Recognition
  • Create invoicing plans and ensure timely issuance of invoices based on contract terms
  • Review unbilled projects and resolve invoicing issues in collaboration with client-facing teams
  • Prepare WIP reports, manage WIP, and escalate any issues before they become agedRequirements:
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders
  • 2+ years of previous experience in revenue recognition
  • Studying towards an accounting qualification
  • Familiarity with financial systems (experience with Maconomy is desired)
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills, including vlookups and pivot tables
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively
