Excited to partnering with this Elite US Law Firm in their search for a Legal Revenue/Billing Coordinator. The purpose of this role, is to process the billing for the firm and preparing their WIP/AR reports and meetings with Partners and fee earners.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all billing instructions and client billing details are updated
- Deal with all aspects of e-billing
- Producing monthly forecasting reports, resulting in monthly billing and collections targets
- Liaise with and build direct relationships
- Support Global Revenue and the broader Global Finance Team on global initiatives as required
- Across various platforms, ensure matters are set up and prepared for e-billing processes correctly
Required Skills and Experience
- 3-4 years experience of Billing/Revenue in a Law firm
- Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing with personnel at all levels.
- Proactive, robust and able to build strong relationships and credibility quickly with colleagues
- Strong attention to details skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Ability to solve problems
