Exciting opportunity to join a leading international law firm as a  Revenue Controller supporting the finance team Working in a hybrid pattern. You will be responsible for your portfolio of partners, managing their full revenue cycle, including WIP, Billing and Credit Control

The ideal Revenue Controller will be responsible for:

  • Review aged WIP and meet with partners.
  • Gather monthly billing forecasts.
  • Produce reports and analyse billable time.
  • Update WIP and process bills.
  • Handle write-offs for unbillable time/disbursements.
  • Manage outstanding debts for assigned divisions.
  • Chase clients proactively via calls and other methods.
  • Maintain regular contact with partners and fee earners.
  • Escalate potential problem debts.
  • Produce statements and reminders.
  • Update bad debt provisions.

The deal Revenue Controller will have the following experience:

  • Revenue or credit control experience in the legal sector.
  • Familiarity with CMS or Elite.
  • Methodical and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Proactive, with experience using initiative.
  • Able to work independently.
