Senior Accountant

Your new companyI am working with a fast-growing insurance group looking to hire a senior accountant. This is an innovative, fast-paced business with ambitious growth plans. The role is an important position within the finance team with good exposure to senior business leaders.Your new roleThis is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including:

• Ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory standards - UK GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS, Lloyd's.
• Production and delivery of Lloyds regulatory returns and FCA/PRA reports.
• Automation and improvement of finance processes
• Balance sheet reconciliations, controls and process review.

What you'll need to succeedYou will need to be a qualified accountant with proven technical knowledge of UK/US GAAP, IFRS and Lloyd's reporting. You will need to be able to own processes and have the desire to automate and improve financial processes.
