- Analyse financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiencies.
- Monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability and perform variance analysis to support business decision-making.
- Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and reporting systems.
- Mentor and oversee junior finance team members, fostering a high-performance finance function.
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sage) and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
