You'll work closely with Partners and Managers to:

?? Manage a Diverse Portfolio: Oversee a variety of clients across sectors, delivering tailored financial services.?? Statutory & Management Accounts: Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with FRS102 (and occasionally FRS105).?? Tax Compliance: Handle personal tax, VAT, and corporate tax matters with precision.?? Client Advisory: Offer proactive advice to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.?? Drive Excellence: Contribute to the firm's reputation for delivering top-tier service in a fast-growing market.

? Qualifications: ACA or ACCA qualified (or nearly qualified) with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in practice.? Technical Proficiency: Solid experience in preparing financial statements and tax compliance, with a preference for Iris software knowledge.? Client-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.? Ambition & Drive: A desire to grow within a dynamic, boutique practice.
