Are you passionate about finance transformation and have a proven track record in this domain? This role is the ideal opportunity for a qualified accountant, with 5-10 years of operational and Finance Transformation experience. You will also have implemented SaaS solutions for Finance, preferably Oracle, Workday or SAP.Â
This is a hybrid role, predominately working from home. It will be necessary to travel to client sites when required.
Hours and Salary
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
- £50,000 - £70,000
Description of role
- Advising clients on Finance service design and changing operating models that result from the deployment of technology and automation.Â
- Supporting clients with a case for change, defining where there are opportunities to make changes and how these can be translated into a roadmap and action plan.Â
- Defining transformation roadmap and implementation plans.Â
- Providing expertise to clients regarding the deployment of finance technology solutions, from both a functional, organisational and change perspective.Â
- Supporting clients to design technology and automation solutions that deliver the outcomes required and align to strategic design principles.Â
- Leading a functional team to deliver all aspects of transformation.Â
- Working with clients to identify and resolve any risks and issues arising from the deployment of technology solutions.Â
- Working with technical teams to ensure the technical solution is built as per the design and meets the requirements of the business.Â
- Working with the business to define and embed new ways of working.Â
- Working on internal process improvement projects.
We're looking for people who have
- A minimum of 5 years experience in operational and finance transformation.
- Demonstrable experience of implementing Saas solutions for finance (preferably Oracle, Workday or SAP).
