Experience and Skills:

Seeking a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) or equivalent
Insurance accounting and Solvency II experience is essential
An understanding of current insurance industry finance reporting standards and external statutory and regulatory requirements
Advanced Excel skills
An ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders - senior management, head office, group, and wider stakeholders
