What You’ll Do:

Compliance & Financial Reporting:Ensure strict adherence to IFRS and regulatory requirements, manage audits, and deliver accurate monthly consolidated accounts.
Sage Intacct System Ownership:Lead the optimization of Sage Intacct for robust financial controls and seamless reporting.
Process Improvement:Enhance finance processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy.
Expansion & Risk Management:Research financial implications of international expansion and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Team Leadership:Mentor and develop finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
Ad Hoc Projects:Support strategic finance initiatives aligned with long-term business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification.
5+ years of experience in financial reporting, IFRS compliance, tax filings, and audits.
Expertise in producing consolidated accounts for multi-national businesses.
Proven experience with Sage Intacct or similar financial systems.
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
Hospitality or F&B industry experience is desirable but not essential.
